Multiple sources flag the type's high approach and landing speeds and long swept wings as a specific hazard at Aspen, noting that extra approach speed materially lengthens landing distance and that operators require special mountain-airport training; it is notably absent from lists of jets able to routinely use Aspen's runway. Combined with the longest sea-level TOFL (5,250 ft) of any super-midsize in this fleet, treat TEX as marginal to rare and ASE as requiring real caution; EGE's longer runway and more forgiving approach make it the workable option.
