About the Citation Longitude

The Citation Longitude is Textron's flagship super-midsize jet, stretching the Latitude's fuselage cross-section into a genuinely coast-to-coast, transatlantic-capable cabin. It combines a 3,500 nm range and 483 ktas cruise with a flat-floor, walk-in-baggage cabin that competes directly with jets a class above on paper spec.

Who charters it

The step-up choice for clients who have outgrown midsize range or cabin volume but do not need a heavy jet; strong fit for 6-8 passenger transcontinental or light-transatlantic missions. NetJets is a major fleet operator, which keeps charter and fractional availability strong nationally.

Colorado mountain airports: capable

Sea-level takeoff performance is comparable to other super-midsize types that serve these fields, and Aspen-focused charter guidance names the Longitude among certified options for ASE alongside the Challenger 350 and Falcon 900LX. Direct evidence of high-volume ASE/EGE service is thinner than for the Challenger or G280, and TEX should be treated as unconfirmed and payload-restricted for a jet of this size.

Planning guidance only. The operator, the AFM performance data, and conditions on the day are the final authority.
