When you submit a request using a work email address, we may send the domain of that address (for example, the "company.com" part, not your full address) to a business data provider to look up publicly available details about your company, such as its industry, size and location. This helps us prepare a more relevant quote before we speak with you. We do not send the domain of a personal email address, such as one ending in gmail.com or yahoo.com. We do not use this lookup to build a profile of you as an individual, and it never affects whether you receive marketing email, which is governed solely by the consent choice you make on our forms.
