1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Scott Wallace Agency's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Scott Wallace Agency is a licensed aircraft charter broker and Stratos Jets franchise. We arrange private jet charter flights by connecting clients with FAA Part 135 certified air carriers. We do not own or operate aircraft.
3. Booking and Reservations
Charter bookings require a signed charter agreement and payment. All bookings are subject to aircraft availability. Prices quoted are estimates until confirmed in writing. The operating air carrier is the responsible party for flight operations.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. Charter prices include estimated fuel, crew, and basic fees unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for catering, ground handling, international permits, and positioning. Payment terms are outlined in each charter agreement.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by charter and are specified in each charter agreement. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure may result in forfeiture of deposits. Flight changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
6. Safety and Compliance
All aircraft operators in our network are FAA Part 135 certified and meet ARGUS or Wyvern safety standards. We reserve the right to substitute aircraft for safety or operational reasons. Safety decisions by the operating crew are final.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide valid government-issued ID. International travel requires valid passports and applicable visas. Passengers are responsible for compliance with customs and immigration laws. Prohibited items are not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scott Wallace Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Dispute Resolution
