The Premier IA was the first business jet built around an all-composite fuselage, giving it an unusually wide cabin cross-section for its size along with genuine 450+ knot Learjet-rivaling speed. It is single-pilot certified and remains one of the fastest very-light jets available for charter.

Colorado mountain airports: limited
The composite-fuselage Premier IA has respectable sea-level field performance for a single-pilot light jet, but its hot-and-high margins are modest, the type has a known runway-performance accident history, and few are on charter certificates and many are owner-flown. EGE is workable with care; treat ASE as a light-load, favorable-conditions option and TEX as unusual for this type.
