About the Falcon 900LX
The Falcon 900LX is Dassault's current-production trijet in the mid/long-range segment, offering roughly 4,750 nm of range with the redundancy and short-field, hot-and-high capability of a three-engine design. It's the newest and most refined member of the four-decade Falcon 900 lineage.

Colorado mountain airports: capable
The strongest short-field and high-elevation performer of the whole heavy group: 70 ft wingspan, a short landing distance around 2,415 ft, and a slow roughly 111 kt approach speed give it a long-standing reputation as a genuinely Aspen-capable large-cabin trijet, with the third engine adding go-around margin at altitude. Routine at ASE and EGE with normal seasonal caveats; Telluride's runway and elevation still keep it out for regular service.
