Stratos Jets - The Scott Wallace Agency

Ground & Concierge

Car service, in-flight catering, and hotel and destination logistics, coordinated as part of your charter trip so you have one point of contact instead of three.

What this is

A charter trip is more than the flight. We arrange ground transportation, in-flight catering, and hotels and destination logistics with our network of operators and third-party vendors for the leg of your trip tied to the flight, so you have a single point of contact instead of coordinating a car service, a caterer, and a hotel separately while you are also trying to get to the airport on time. None of this changes what you are quoted for the flight itself, and nothing here is priced on this page.

Ground transportation

A car, SUV, or driver arranged to meet you at the FBO on arrival and take you to the aircraft on departure, coordinated with the vendor for your city and passenger count.

What you handle: You keep the details you already have, like a client's preferred car service or an existing corporate account. We'll fold it into the plan rather than replace it.

In-flight catering

A catering order placed with a vendor local to your departure airport, sized and timed to your flight and matched to what the assigned aircraft's galley can actually hold and serve.

What you handle: Dietary requests, favorite orders, and anything time-sensitive are worth flagging early. See the galley note below for why the aircraft matters here.

Hotels and destination logistics

A hotel booked near your destination airport or meeting location, and the ground-side pieces of that leg of the trip, arranged as part of the charter, not a separate booking process.

What you handle: This covers what supports the flight, arrival, and stay tied to it. For broader vacation planning beyond the trip itself, that is a different service, not this one.

Why catering is a conversation, not a menu

Catering options depend on the galley of the specific aircraft assigned to your flight. A light jet may have no oven and no microwave aboard, which rules out anything that needs to be heated in the air. That is a real constraint, not a formality, and it is the reason we talk through catering before the flight rather than assume a standard order will work on every aircraft.

Request ground or concierge support

Tell us what you need and a broker will follow up to work out the details with the operator and vendors for your trip. This isn't a booking, and nothing here is a price.

What do you need? (optional, pick any)

Scott Wallace Agency is a licensed DOT Part 295 air charter broker, not an air carrier: ground transportation, catering, and hotel and destination logistics are coordinated with operators and third-party vendors, not services we operate ourselves. Every trip is arranged with a separately certificated operator from our network. Nothing on this page is a price or a booking.
