About the Nextant 400XT

The Nextant 400XT takes a proven Beechjet 400A airframe and remanufactures it with new-generation Williams FJ44-3AP engines, a fresh Pro Line 21 flight deck, and a 20 percent fuel-burn reduction, delivering near-new performance and reliability at a fraction of a new light jet's price. It was the first FAA-certified aircraft of its kind, a full remanufacture rather than a simple upgrade.

Who charters it

Charter clients pick the 400XT for its unusual combination of modern avionics, better fuel efficiency, and mechanical reliability at a legacy-tier hourly rate, a strong choice for operators who want newer-jet dispatch reliability without newer-jet pricing.

Colorado mountain airports: limited

The Williams FJ44-3AP re-engine gives the remanufactured 400XT meaningfully better climb and field performance than the Hawker 400XP airframe it is built from, so on paper it out-performs the 400XP at these fields, but the fleet is very small and no source confirmed routine ASE or TEX charter operations. EGE is workable; treat ASE and TEX as unusual for this type simply because so few are available to charter.

Planning guidance only. The operator, the AFM performance data, and conditions on the day are the final authority.
