Aspen charter sources name the 45XR as the go-to Learjet for ASE, with the documented caveat that warm-day departures require significant weight and fuel restrictions, and EGE is comfortably within its capability. TEX is marginal given the Learjet wing's higher approach speeds and the field's 9,078 ft elevation, so plan it as light-jet territory instead.
